To use the Mail app, you must first find it. Press the Windows key to display a list of currently installed apps. This list is arranged alphabetically, so scroll down to easily find the Mail app.
When you enter the Mail app, nothing will be displayed at first because no account is linked. Click on the gear-shaped icon in the lower left corner to access various settings. There, you will see an item called ‘Manage Accounts’. Click on it to link your account.
When you go into Account Management, you will see the option to add an account. Clicking on it will show you several different email services. The most commonly used service is Google, so if you select it, you can log in and if you agree, you will be connected right away.
